  Badly informed originally told job gonna be finished at 10/30am small part missing need to get it from other branch 12/30. Then after asking after lunch 1/30 to 2. It's 1pm so not happy go outside to see part being fitted!!!

  One of the staff members, Kevin, had provided some of the best customer service I have had in an extremely long while. He is an incredible member of the company. As well as this, I spoke to Racquel on the customer service line (located in Braintree) as I have done before, who is extremely helpful, considerate and also provides great assistance whenever it is needed. The general experience with any of your employees, but specifically those two, as well as reasonable prices, is consistently of the highest standard. The entire Maldon Quest Motor Group is a team of extreme value and their positive contribution to the overall company is immeasurable
