I would avoid their online service at all costs. Despite paying for an expedited delivery the items did not arrive by the due date. Items returned with their authorisation code and using their reply address slip. I'm glad I did a guaranteed next day tracking service as they deny receiving the goods despite signing for them! Incredibly rude staff (Jan) and total disregard for customer service. I would not recommend or ever use them again.
